Spending a day in the field with your own service engineers, auditing their performance and offering advice as required in the 'real world'.
The companies we have worked with have found this very beneficial and have seen a significant increase in their engineers performance. In addition, we have conducted many training sessions, over varying timeframes, focusing on the precise requirements of their company. Each audit is followed up with a completed 'Field Service Engineer Appraisal Form' covering the following aspects, plus their companies own direct requirements;
